Seller/Buyer Purchase Agreement:
Purchase Agreement for a Waiting List Puppy ( Future Puppy) or Available (already born) Canine:
* Waiting List Puppy (you are reserving a spot in line for a Future Puppy)
A $500 deposit is required for each puppy waiting list requested, On puppy's birth and you chose that puppy the balance is due on that date.
* Available Puppies, Full payment required for any puppies that are availability.
* Tax of 0.675% tax / transaction fee ..035% is required.
* All transaction are final are Non- Refundable. Sold as Pets Only .. No transfers, exchange or returns! These are living canines not goods.
* If a act of nature does happen to the first litter puppy chosen, you will be added as the list determines availability of a new puppy of same sex, color and value only no exchange or refund of monies will be given. All weights are approx. in size only. We have to right to stop sale at any given time before or after puppy's birth or before leaving our care, If we choose to do this all monies that we have received from buyer will be refunded.
* At any time or reason all canines are not transferable or returnable goods there for As Is, Where Is... All Monies: deposits or payments are Non-Refundable. There for As Is, Where Is. poodles are sold as pets only As Is, Where Is, To Breeders, As Is, Where Is ,we are not responsible breed at your own risk and confidence..

We are all lucky to have good health as long as we can and that nature allows, We believe our puppies are given the best opportunity while in our care for good health as determine by our type of breed of canine and mother nature provides.
As any of our puppies or adult pets leave our care it’s up to you for their health, love, care, . No one is responsible for the act of nature that determines their life span "Sometimes unforeseeable circumstances just happens". To our knowledge so far we have a happy, healthy, gentle and loving canine pet family. Our canines are sold As IS Where IS
Seller/Buyer Health Agreement:
The Breeder/Seller agrees and makes no warranty concerning size, hair, ability to breed, or color of animal. The animals are sold as pets only, not show animals. To Breeders, we are Not responsible breed at your own risk sold As Is, Where is. Your animal is guaranteed against developing a contagious disease within twenty four (24) hours from the date of purchase. We make no other guarantee of the animal’s genetics, or health condition associated with congenital or hereditary defects. The Health, Care and Development of puppy is solely up to buyer. This health guarantee is for the protection of both the buyer and the seller, and most importantly the puppy. This contract is nontransferable. At time we decide to replace your puppy or adult all monies are not refundable for any reason, We are not nature . We are not responsible for a puppy's condition, illness, diseases, defects etc.
After they have left our care you are solely responsible. Always be careful where you take your pet and who handles it as well. The puppy should not be exposed to previously infested disease areas or to places where a high level of exposure to diseases is possible. Treat him/her as if she is a newborn baby. Safety, food and attraction should be a high on your list for puppies!
HEALTH Guarantee does not cover accident, injury or mishandling, or any disease, illness or defects, heart defects (scale 4 or above) including but not limited to: Hydrocephalus / low sugar, any treatable disorders or common disorders in small poodle breeds, sample as parvovirus, canine distemper, luxating patella, giardia, coronavirus, hernias, open fontanel, nervous system, orthopedic, Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), spinal disease, genetic defect airway syndrome pallet conditions, Congenital organ dysfunction malocclusion, periodontal disease, parasites, coccidia, giardia, worms, blood sugar, hair coat and color or skin issues. We have no control over the puppy environment or life after leaving this home, and will not be responsible for any reason after leaving our care, Where for puppies and adults are sold AS IS WHERE IS. We will gladly replace your puppy under our believe of reasonable circumstances however limited to twenty four hours.
We are not responsible for any vet bills, time and delivery of your puppy or replacement puppy, you have to provide pick up and return the puppy we are replacing.
